Goodmorning Sweden and good evening Australia!
Here in Aussie they have season for almost everything, now its a season for magpies-attacks!!(and other birds) I´ve been laughing about this and haven´t thought about that much. BUT yesterday morning I actually got attacked by a magpie, it was horrible and my heart goes into panicmode the minute I hear a bird haha! Apparently the birds look after their children but do they really have to attack us?? I´m going to link a video on a magpie attack so you know what I´m talking about!
From one thing to another, as I mentioned before I´ve been looking into bikini-fitness and a competition this spring in Brisbane! We now have a hypertrophy program(split days for upper/lower body workouts) and its really fun to actually have something special to train for and train in a different way than before! Me and my classmates took a picture of us trying to pose and we gonna take one in one year to see the difference and how far we have come!
The third thing I want to tell you about is that I had my client this Wednesday for the first time in the gym and he really liked my program I made for him,I noticed a few things that we have to work on but its going to be so much fun to see the progression.
Last thing is that our whale-safari has been cancelled two times because of the weather so this coming Saturday(in a week) are now planned for our trip with the whales!
